Book is done, everything is set, I’m just waiting to hear back on a couple of possible distribution points.

A new book, a new breath
I have finally started to get past the creative slump I’ve been in for a while, a funk I’ve been in longer than I want to admit to.
So, with a new breath I’m happy to announce my second book, 62 squares, is finally done.
Availability information coming soon, in the meantime…
62 squares is a collection of square format toy camera photography. Everyday scenes captured in...

Photographer's block.
I’m uninspired.
I’m unmotivated.
I don’t feel creative and worse, I know my photography is suffering because of it.
I have a beautiful new site ready to launch, and haven’t.
I have enough material and subject matter for the next photo book and won’t follow my own advice for putting it together and getting it out.

365, shortlived, reborn

Almost ready

New site coming very soon
Thanks to the hardworking folks at Jennergy I’ll have a new site coming very soon. I’ve chosen the new look from a couple of comps and have started work on it.
It’s pretty much pure awesome.

Self publishing photo books
Or, How a fool with a camera becomes a fool with a book.
(I wrote this article for Photocritic.org. It was published there on August 3rd, 2009. http://photocritic.org/self-publishing-photo-books/)
The beginning I was in a rut. No, that’s too cliche. I was between myself… yeah, that’s pretty accurate. My creative needs were being stifled by day-to-day work as a software...

I am happy to finally announce that my first book of photography is now available!
Over the last 4 years I have been seeking out rusting, broken, and abandoned machinery and structures. Pouring over them I selected my favorites and got to work on this book.
The end result is one I am totally stoked about. I think it came out great, thanks in no small part to my editor and designer Dave Browne....
